The Tribal Gaming Commission does not address complaints involving customer service,
requests to release patron bans, requests for free play, and other such related issues.
We will address questions or concerns related to Gaming Licenses for both employees and vendors,
Suspected Fraud or Theft by or from the casino, or Other matters such as
patron disputes involving incorrect payouts or jackpots that
have not first been resolved by the properties.
