Vendor Licensing System

Dear Vendor:

The Poarch Band of Creek Indians Tribal Gaming Commission welcomes you to the select group of individuals and/or business entities that have been invited to provide merchandise and/or services to PCI Gaming Authority and/or its gaming enterprises.

The Poarch Band of Creek Indians Tribal Gaming Commission is the regulatory body established by the Poarch Band of Creek Indians to enforce all tribal ordinances relating to gaming activities on the Poarch Band of Creek Indians Reservation and to protect the integrity of the Tribe.  Also, the Poarch Band of Creek Indians Tribal Gaming Commission is responsible for compliance with all aspects of the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (IGRA) and other applicable federal statues.  As part of this regulatory duty, we require vendors to obtain a gaming license.

In addition to the Vendor Application, we require that each officer, director, partner, and owner of ten percent (10%) or more for Gaming Vendors submit a Principal Application.  Non-Gaming Vendors are required to submit Principal Applications for each officer, director, partner, and owner of ten percent (10%) or more of the business if the business is not publicly traded.  Publicly traded Non-Gaming Vendors are not required to submit Principal Applications, but must submit its most recent 10-K filing.  Furthermore, any employee who anticipates being physically on-site more than six times per year at any of PCI Gaming Authority's gaming enterprise locations must submit a Vendor Employee Application.

Please complete the appropriate forms as indicated in the instructions for each set of forms.  Any and all signature pages should be printed and returned with original signatures included on each document, and applicable fees to the Poarch Band of Creek Indians Tribal Gaming Commission within thirty (30) days.  Failure to do so may result in the restriction of access for you and your employees to the gaming enterprises of PCI Gaming Authority.

If you have any questions, or need assistance, please do not hesitate to call the Poarch Band of Creek Indians Tribal Gaming Commission at the number above.

Sincerely,

Sharon Smiley,
